SHIPPING
Shipping options include Fedex Ground and Fedex Overnight within the United States only. Fedex Ground is $15.00 flat fee and Fedex Overnight is $45.00 flat fee for all orders.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process Fedex Ground orders. Orders with overnight shipping are processed Monday through Friday until 3:00pm CT. If the order is placed after 3:00pm CT, it will be sent out the following day.

You will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

The last day for guaranteed Ground shipping for delivery by Christmas is December 15. The last day for guaranteed Overnight shipping for delivery by Christmas is December 23.

RETURNS

All vintage sales are final. We do not accept return on antique or vintage items. The condition of each item is noted on the product page.

DAMAGES
Shipping damages must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the package. All packaging must remain intact and be well documented in order to claim insurance. Please email damage claims to bonjour@bisetteco.com.
